Personal Touch Therapy
Hands still do the hour on the east parkway
PERSONAL TOUCH THERAPY, LLC is Shontai Thomas’s Houston clinic. You come for the joint that will not quiet down after the commute; she maps it, loads it, and sends you out with homework that actually fits a Beltway week.
Time on the table
How long you stay on the table, not a menu of tricks
We do not post a coupon board. The first ask is how much of the hour the tissue actually needs.
Who we are
Shontai still names the tissue before she loads it
“If I cannot name the line that is loud, I will not throw a protocol at it.”
The LLC sits at 480 N Sam Houston Pkwy E in Houston. It is not a chain with a rotating assistant. Shontai is the clinician who takes the history, puts hands on the joint, and writes the next hold before you leave the lot.
People arrive after a desk week, a warehouse shift, or a surgery that still feels unfinished. The work is slow on purpose: range, load, a home drill you can actually keep.
What we do
Four holds we keep on Sam Houston East
Tabs below name the visit. The work is still hands, load, and a drill you can keep after the parkway.
First-map evaluation
History, range, and the tissue that is actually loud. You leave with a plan, not a stack of printouts you will not open.

Manual hold
Hands on the joint that guards after sitting, lifting, or a weekend that went too far. Pressure stays honest; no theatre.

Load and homework
Simple drills that survive a Houston week. If it needs a gym you do not have, it does not go on the card.

Return and recast
Follow-up visits recast the same line. Telehealth screens a flare when the lot is not worth the drive yet.

The rooms
Planes the east parkway actually uses
The owner
Who owns the hour on 480 North
Shontai M Thomas is the clinician and the LLC. There is no rotating floor with a different name on the chart.
Not a mill
This table versus a rotating floor
How we think
Name it, load it, send a drill home
The method is short on purpose. If the tissue cannot be named, it does not get a protocol.
Before you drive
Questions we settle before the first hold
The hour
Four beats after you leave the parkway lot
Tell the joint the truth
What hurts, when it started, what already failed.
Name the loud line
Range first. Protocol later, if at all.
Hands, then one drill
A hold you can keep after the Beltway.
Book the next hold
You leave knowing when to come back.
How the week sounds after
Three Houston weeks we recast on the table

The desk
